2 + 1 = 3 (children that is!!!)

Nathan and Ella came to visit Sawyer tonight. They were pretty interested in him at least in the beginning. Ella especially wanted to hold him and burp him. Nathan had some interest, but jumping on the bed seemed more fun! They had quite the energy and it gave me a little bit of reality of how busy we will be, but I am excited to get home and get settled into a routine with all of them. Sawyer is doing well. He has really caught on to breastfeeding and I hope that continues. We go home tomorrow morning and the Stuive family will now be 5 instead of 4. The parents are officially outnumbered!

Welcome Sawyer Daniel

We are pleased and proud to announce the birth of Sawyer Daniel Stuive. Born July 29 at 8:14am. He weighed 7lb, 2 ounces and is 20 inches long. He is perfect in every way. Ella and Nathan are excited, but quite don't know what to expect. More pics to follow soon. Thanks for all your prayers and support!

King and Queen

Trying to pass the time with some crafts, so Ella and Nathan became King and Queen.......seems appropriate for them anyways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still no baby! We are 2 days overdue and waiting...not so patiently now! I went to the beach with Carissa yesterday and got quite a few looks from people, but oh well, cannot stop doing stuff. I have an appointment on Friday and if I don't go by then, I am going to demand that I get some help to get this baby out! We'll keep you informed!
